The Ministry of Higher Education, Research and Innovation, the Ministry of Solidarity and Health, Inserm, PSL University (Paris Sciences and Letters), Inria, the Digital Health Agency , and the Health Data Hub, all Ile-de-France players in training, research and care, have worked to create a Campus for research and innovation in digital health, PariSanté Campus. At the beginning of March, the first class of PariSanté Campus start-ups was made official in the presence of Cédric O, Secretary of State for the Digital Transition and Electronic Communications, and Clara Chappaz, Director of French Tech.
Emmanuel Macron presented on June 29 a plan, based on the work of the Strategic Council of Health Industrialists (CSIS), intended to make France “the first innovative and sovereign European nation in health”. This plan, ” Health Innovation 2030 » endowed with €7.5 billion, aims to ” innovate, invent, manufacture and sell the health products and solutions of tomorrow to the whole world. » It is with this objective that PariSanté Campus was created. ” In order to achieve this ambitious objective, the Government has in particular implemented two pillars in the field of digital health: a “Digital Health” acceleration strategy to bring out the champions of tomorrow in digital health and a place symbol of this ambition, PariSanté Campus, which today welcomes its first promotion of start-ups and is gradually rolling out its service offer. »
ParisSanté Campus was inaugurated on December 14 by Prime Minister Jean Castex. Installed on a 20,000 m² site in Issy-Les Moulineaux, near Paris, the Center brings together the founding members who were joined by four research institutes: PRAIRIE (artificial intelligence and its uses in health), the Q- Bio (quantitative biology for the modeling and prediction of living systems), IPM (innovative ultrasound imaging) and ISnuS (ethical, sociological, economic and philosophical issues of health data). 3,000 people will work there.
The campus thus provides start-ups and companies with premises, skills, expertise and databases in order to accelerate their development.
Since its creation, it has launched two calls for applications and a committee has selected
60 startups among the hundreds of applications.

- CAERUS-MEDICAL aims to provide caregivers with digital solutions for the spine for optimal patient pathways.
To this end, the start-up is developing a low back pain diagnostic support platform that integrates artificial intelligence (AI) and MRI from conventional patient care. It is a medical grade tool for generalist radiologists promoting a reliable and comprehensive diagnosis in just a few clicks. Proprietary AI algorithms are trained by a committee of international clinical experts in the fields of Spine Surgery and Radiology
musculoskeletal. The CAERUS MEDICAL team aims to improve patient care for a major public health issue: back pain. The underlying pathologies cause a considerable socio-economic impact. The diagnosis of these pathologies is particularly complex and gives rise to diagnostic variability which may imply a loss of efficiency in the patient pathway.
- CIBILTECH aims to demonstrate that France is capable of creating digital health startups by successfully transferring world-renowned algorithmic technologies.
Cibiltech publishes predictive health software solutions that notably make it possible to assess the risk of graft loss in transplant patients. Physicians can thus be alerted to act for the survival of grafts and allow patients to live better. In addition, the start-up is developing a technology capable of accelerating the development of new immunosuppressive drugs.
- CLINITYX is a technology company specializing in RWD and SNDS: epidemiology, collection, structuring, analysis and machine learning. For the pharmaceutical and medtech industries, in partnership with academics, Clinityx is developing an innovative, secure and sovereign RWE platform: matched health data warehouse, patient transparency portal and RWD/SNDS data visualization.
