The ACHETER-LOUER.FR group, specialist in digital marketing solutions and data in real estate and housing, carried out on the 1


half of 2022, revenue of nearly €2 million, up 10% compared to the 1


half of 2021. This growth confirms the past trend, the turnover of the 1


half of 2021 having already increased by 12% compared to that of 2020. The Group’s operating income as a whole increased by 7.5% to €2,443k at June 30, 2022. This improvement is driven by the integration of the ALLODATA company but also by the progress of the Digital activity.

Digital activity

combining e-marketing solutions and the exploitation of databases of individuals in real estate research, totaled a turnover of 1,418 k€ on the 1


half of 2022 and increased by 10% compared to H1 2021 (€1,292 k). This division represents 72% of the Group’s turnover and remains its core business. Revenues from recent equity investments in PropTech start-ups (Pocketimmo, Cocoon-Immo or Enchères Immo) but also from Adomos are not included in the Group’s consolidated figures as of June 30, 2022. However, the commercial partnerships established with these companies should contribute to the growth of turnover during the financial year.

Penalized by the scarcity of offers in the old sector and the extension of delivery times for developers linked in particular to shortages of materials, communication from agencies, networks and developers was less sustained at the start of 2022. Thus, the turnover of

BtoB activity

aimed at real estate professionals through the information magazine “Expression” and digital services, is marking time to register at 238 k€ (compared to 274 k€ in H1 2021).

Likewise, the activity


of the Group, which concerns all the publications of (thematic magazines of the Group and magazines under white label for the networks of real estate agencies), amounted to 178 k€ compared to 221 k€ per year past. This decrease is linked to the decrease in paper communications from customers following the sharp rise in production costs (price of paper, cost of energy, delivery, etc.) for magazines.

At the start of 2022, other operating income remained almost stable at €471 k (compared to €488 k in H1 2021) and concerned R&D projects developed by the Group in order to support its improvement strategy and to strengthen its offer of digital and Data services for real estate and housing professionals.

On the strength of an improving turnover and a well-oriented activity,

will pursue its mixed growth strategy combining the organic deployment of its activities and the acquisition of targeted holdings in Digital, Data and PropTech in order to

become the leader in digital solutions and Data in real estate and housing.
