Discover the program

For more than 30 years, the AGIR Days have been organized by the association of the same name in order to animate the network of mobility professionals. For two days, more than 80 exhibitors and 700 participants are expected in Nice around a high point of work and exchanges as well as through moments of conviviality. Among the exhibitors will be Padam Mobility, the scale-up specialized in Transport on Demand (TàD) which has been managing Envibus’ TàD Icilà since 2019 for the Sophia Antipolis Agglomeration Community.

ACT: two days focused on mobility and the climate emergency

AGIR offers a program made up of conferences by experts on current themes, meetings with the main suppliers to discover their innovations, times of conviviality to meet and discuss with professionals and finally technical visits to discover the mobility offers developed by the Nice Côte d’Azur Metropolis.

This year, the AGIR Days are dedicated to the climate emergency and to operational mobility solutions. Everyday mobility players will be able to inform, mobilize and offer concrete action tools to visitors. Indeed, if everyone is individually concerned, mobility players are particularly so as mobility weighs heavily in annual carbon emissions: in France, 31% of greenhouse gases are produced by transport and among them more than 53% are by private vehicles.

The Envibus TàD Icilà network for the Sophia Antipolis Agglomeration Community

Present at the AGIR Days at stand 3B, Padam Mobility will be accompanied on Wednesday 23 November by Elisabeth Portelli, TàD manager of the Envibus Icilà service operated by the Sophia Antipolis Agglomeration Community, from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. The teams will be able to detail the ins and outs of this project launched in July 2019 which has made it possible to carry out up to 8,000 trips per month. In total, more than 170,000 trips have been made since its launch for an average rating given by users of 4.8/5. Nearly 200,000 passengers have been transported since the service was set up. The objective was to meet the mobility needs of an agglomeration made up of 21 municipalities bringing together nearly 2,500 companies and more than 68,000 jobs in a territory with an area of 24 km2 while contributing to the digital transformation of the territory.

“Padam Mobility is currently the company we work with in operation in 15 municipalities. We have a ticket system for technical problems, their teams are responsive and attentive to our needs. There are real constructive exchanges and the software often evolves with regular updates.” Elisabeth Portelli, TàD manager of the Envibus Icilà service

“Insofar as the main users of CASA’s TàD are young people from middle school and high school, Padam Mobility has made it easier and simpler to book for these users accustomed to using smartphones. » Thierry Occelli, Vice-President of the Community of Agglomeration of Sophia Antipolis (CASA)

Padam Mobility has responded to this problem with the Transport on Demand service Icilà. The service is operated by local transport operator Envibus. It is configured according to a drop-down model enabling the less well-served areas to be effectively connected to the conurbation’s structuring public transport network. Users can book their trip from 10 days to 2 hours before departure, via the usual interfaces deployed by Padam Mobility: a mobile application and a booking website. The service is available Monday to Friday from 6.30 a.m. to 7 p.m. and Saturday from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. and from 2 p.m. to 5.30 p.m.

“The AGIR days are an important event that we particularly like. This is an opportunity for Padam Mobility to maintain this close link that we have with territories, communities and transport operators; to think about ways to continue to build together, in a logic of permanent experimentation and continuous improvement. » Côme de Tarlé, Commercial France, Switzerland and Benelux at Padam Mobility

An interface for the call center makes it easier for teleoperators to take reservations by telephone, while a management interface allows the operator to manage and monitor all aspects of the service in real time: reservations, customer returns, vehicles, services-agents, lines, etc. A feature even allows it to communicate instantly with all users by sending specific notifications which are particularly useful for communicating about an incident, a promotional offer or practical information such as operating hours.
