“And as the first head of the ministerial department in charge of information technology issues, I measure the importance and the challenges of building science and content endogenously in order to respond effectively to our local concerns. This is the primary role of research in all countries. This fifth edition of the days of research in computer science in Burkina is therefore a new opportunity to take stock of the contribution of computer scientists, the themes where we have concrete results for society, but also to analyze the next priorities together, as a scientific community,” said the Minister.
