It is the “Manufacture of fertilizers on the farm”: FFF. The strong reduction of 70% of ammonia emissions and 25% of CO2 in dairy farms leaves no doubt about the environmental benefits of this system. The first installation entered into service makes it possible to measure the concrete benefits of the original concept: to evacuate the liquid effluents (urine) and solids (dung) from the dairy barns separately to avoid the formation of slurry. Manure is collected and stored separately and no longer mixes. The urine no longer remains on the ground and does not pollute the dung. Coupled with Delta-X, Ferti Soluce produces on the one hand a valuable organic amendment from urine, and on the other hand a concentrated bio-fertilizer from solid waste, both free of charge.
||The connected route and pasture monitoring solution makes it possible to keep an eye on areas located several kilometers from a farm. Simple to install and use, the solution is energy self-sufficient and provides a wide-angle view of the living space made available to the animals. All the data collected makes it possible to follow the behavior of the animals in real time, to have a follow-up of the temperatures felt and to measure the water consumption at the watering points. Alerts in the event of exceeding thresholds (temperature, water consumption) can be configured to signal anomalies. The solution allows an analysis by zone of the presence of animals during the day. Automatic analysis of images and video sequences identifies animal activity phases and rest phases.

The Ijinius system boasts a reaction time of 0.005 seconds: it is 200 times faster than the human reaction time. Thus, data collection and decision making are instantaneous. The Vortex is also equipped with the V-Cut system (Emily patent) for cutting nets and twines. The extraction of nets and strings is facilitated in straw and hay. Its retaining legs are infinitely rotatable with an anti-reverse mechanism.
||New Holland and Bennamann have developed a modular, efficient and economically sustainable solution for producing and using compressed biomethane (CNG). Bennamann offers solutions to capture fugitive methane from slurry pits, to purify it and to distribute this fuel on the farm. New Holland expands its CNG tractor range with the T6 Methane Power with Dynamic Command transmission. Thus a circular economy can be created: polluting fugitive methane becomes the most virtuous of fuels with a negative carbon footprint, the farm regains energy autonomy and great stability in production costs.

It automates total emptying from the front or rear of the tank depending on its degree of inclination. The inclinometer installed on the tank is connected to the control terminal in the cabin. This reading of the slope on which the slurry tanker is working allows the control unit to automatically select the front or rear valve without driver intervention. Thus it will allow end users to protect themselves from forgetting to manually switch from the front emptying to the rear emptying. This prevents the emptying system from becoming unprimed and guarantees spreading with a uniform longitudinal distribution regulated by the DPA. This new double drain circuit is compatible with the options offered by the manufacturer on the upper pipe: DPA and drain accelerator.

||Pichon has developed the first NIR (near infrared) sensor for manure spreaders. Autonomous and compact, it is attached to the side of the spreader and measures in real time the levels of dry matter, N, P, K of a manure or compost during spreading. Until now, it was not possible to measure the fertilizing values of manure spread without going through laboratory analysis. The direct and precise measurement of these elements thanks to the Opti-Sensor allows the operator to adjust the right amount of manure to be spread on the crops. Farm manures provide most of the fertilizing elements. A more rational use of these fertilizers therefore makes it possible to achieve significant savings as well as to reduce the environmental footprint by reducing the use of mineral fertilizer. The Opti-Sensor will therefore endeavor to initiate a major possible transition from the concept of tonnes/hectares spread to the concept of nitrogen units/hectares spread. Its ambition: to be the first support tool for the low-carbon transition to help French agriculture halve its GHG emissions and develop its carbon sinks by 2050.
