DeepSeek's deprecation policy
- DeepSeek publishes no deprecation policy. Its April 2026 notice gave about three months for deepseek-chat and deepseek-reasoner, while V4-Flash was replaced without notice when V4.1-Flash launched.
- A September 2026 plan to phase out V4-Pro was later reversed in the change log, so we list it as legacy without a date.
- No feed; changes appear in the API change log.
