Anthropic's deprecation policy
- Anthropic commits to at least 60 days' notice before retiring a publicly released model, by email to customers with active deployments and in the docs.
- Models move through four states: Active, Legacy, Deprecated and Retired. The dates apply to the Claude API and Anthropic-managed cloud offerings; Amazon Bedrock and Google-managed Vertex AI set their own schedules.
- No feed; the deprecations page is the source of truth.
